Start off the 2022 New Year by doing good and making merits at Wat San Fran!

You are invited to join our annual New Year Chanting Ceremony on Friday, December 31, 2021, at 11:30 PM. The event continues until Saturday, January 1, 2022, at 1:00 AM. 

We will reflect upon our good actions in the past year, let go of disappointment, chant for blessings, and set valuable resolutions for the new year.

Note:

– For those who cannot participate in person, we will live-stream the ceremony on YouTube from our “WatSanFran” channel.

– For in-person participation, please bring your vaccination card.

On the New Year day, January 1, join us for the alms round at the temple starting at 10:30 am. You may also join our monthly 8-precept observance and spend the New Year’s night at the temple. This is a 2-day event starting on December 31 at 11 PM until January 2 in the morning. Space is limited.
