You are invited to a weekly class on Insight Vipassana focused on developing clear understanding and practical wisdom in daily life.

Classes meet every Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and continue weekly as long as the teacher is available and in the country. The class is open to all levels. Being a Buddhist is not required. The class is free for all members.

Each participant receives personal instruction on the foundations of Vipassana practice. The class clarifies how to distinguish true Vipassana from what is not Vipassana, helping avoid common misunderstandings. Teachings include hands-on examples from Jataka stories and real-world situations, showing how insight develops through direct experience and mindful observation.
